Is my car safe on your premises?

B&B Audioconcepts has CCTV protecting its premises (inside & out) 24 hours a day. We are also insured to protect against any unfortunate incidents.

Are your staff qualified?

B&B Audioconcept staff are fully qualified with accreditation from all the top industry specialists. You can be confident that your vehicle is in the best possible hands.

What warranty is provided?

B&B Audioconcepts honour the full manufacturers warranty on all products sold.

What level of aftercare do you provide?

B&B Audioconcepts fully demonstrate all products sold to ensure you get the fullest use out of your purchase. We have built a reputation to look after our customers in every way we can.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credits cards and BACS. 

Do you offer bilingual service?

B&B Audioconcepts staff are able to converse bilingualy in Welsh, English, Punjabi, Urdu and in Bangladesh.

Do you offer a pickup and drop off service?

B&B Audioconcepts can provide this service with prior arrangement and agreement. Ring for further details.

Will my car be safe overnight?

B&B Audioconcepts ensures any vehicles left overnight are securely locked inside premises. Also CCTV is active 24/7, providing extra peace of mind.

Can you restore my car at any later date if I require my new install to be removed?

B&B Audioconcepts can restore any vehicle back to the way prior to installment. We specialise in performing this for lease cars especially.

Will my car be driven unauthorised?

B&B Audioconcepts will NOT drive any customers car without consent from the customer. There are occasions where in order to fault find or test new installation (in the case of cruise control installation)  we may need to drive your vehicle, but only with your permission.
